At Maxwell’s Salon and Spa, we take pride in providing every guest with an exceptional experience. To ensure clear communication and mutual respect, we've outlined the following policies regarding booking, cancellations, services, and product purchases. Please take a moment to review before your visit. These guidelines help us serve you better while protecting the time and talents of our team.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our team, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. We understand that life happens, but as a small business, last-minute changes have a significant impact on our schedule and income.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged up to 100% of the booked service.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • To book a future appointment after a late cancellation or no-show, the outstanding balance must be paid and a deposit may be required.

Refunds & Service Adjustments

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will do our best to make it right with a one-time adjustment, as long as it falls within the original consultation scope.

  • After 7 days, any correction will be considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.

Retail Products

All retail product sales are final. However, if a product doesn’t work for you, it may be exchanged for another product of equal value, or you may pay the difference if selecting a higher-priced item.

Nail Service Repairs

We offer complimentary nail repairs within 72 hours of the original service for any issues related to craftsmanship.
After 72 hours, repair pricing will vary depending on the design and complexity, with repairs starting at $10.

Service Pricing Transparency

All service prices are subject to change based on hair length, density, technique, and product required to achieve your desired result. Your stylist or technician will provide a consultation and confirm any pricing adjustments prior to starting your service.
